In addition to acquisition of real estate beginning in 1970, she was an active partner in a construction company offering expanded exposure to the field of real estate, values and economic cycles.

An offer to join a mortgage investment firm in 1980 led to the transition of what became her chosen field of trust deed investments, serving the lender/investor and borrower communities throughout the State of California.

Continuing her education through trade associations, law studies, and related experience working with attorneys, CPA's and other industry professionals she maximizes her ability to represent her clients.

Martin Financial Services manages a sizeable loan portfolio in excess of several million dollars assisting PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS, PENSION PLAN, PROFIT SHARING PLANS, and IRA/KEOGH plans, with their lending decisions.
